Meet the Artists Exclusive Bird Week Exhibition Tour and Bird Count

Meet the artists of the Bird Week ExhibitionSpark and join us for a special walk and exclusive gallery tour with artists Angela Robertson-Buchanan, Eggpicnic and Outer Island. We’ll begin with a 20 minute bird count for the Backyard Bird Count in support of BirdLife Australia followed by a private tour of the exhibition. Spark explores the term used by birders to describe their ‘spark bird,’ the bird that got them interested in birdwatching and you’ll learn from each artist the concepts and inspiration behind their work in the exhibition.

This walk is recommended for beginners or anyone who wants to have fun! Sydney Bird Club was founded by a couple of fun-loving artists (Stephanie and Amy from Outer Island). Our seasonal walks are free and a way for us to share our love for birds and the beautiful city we live in. Good vibes only!
